spring sublease in College Park, Maryland

I am subleasing my single room in a townhouse a little over one mile from the University of Maryland campus. I will leave it fully furnished and when you move out in May you can keep the furniture (full mattress, desk, recliner chair, footstool, dresser) - looking for a FEMALE to sublease for the spring xxxx semester but if you like it then you can recontract with the landlord to keep the room for an additional year or however long you need. $500/month plus utilities which usually range from ($60-80/month). The townhouse includes spacious garage, kitchen, living room. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms.
